10" Italian Chefs in 52100 carbon steel featuring a hand pulled finish, paired with a multi-layered handle of Micarta and a faux Italian Tortoise Shell material secured with two internal pins and 5 small exposed stainless pins. Very thin full flat edge geometry and a 50/50 balance point. An extremely agile blade for its size with a handle that registers very nicely into the hand for both left and right handed users.
