10" Scimitar in 52100 carbon steel with stabilized Amboyna burl handle and brass fittings. Machine finish with thin flat-to-convex edge geometry. Handle features both geometric and compound facets blended together for a handle that fits curiously well in the hand. Best suited for slicing large cuts of meat and breaking down of proteins. Edge geometry is thin and not well suited to working with bone.
