125mm Petty forged from house made San Mai consisting of a 26C3/15N20 twist Damascus carbon core clad with 304 stainless steel. Edge geometry is ground flat to convex and very thin behind the edge. This pint size Petty with a 45mm tall heel is an excellent home use knife for most tasks, save for very large ingredients. Handle is double-dyed Curly Maple with a stainless spacer and hidden tang. Suitable for all hand sizes.
