160mm Gyuto in 52100 carbon steel featuring a machine finish, paired with a handle made from Ohia wood from Hawaii. A highly useful size blade for anyone who loves to cook, this Gyuto is small enough for detailed tasks while also being long enough for nearly anything a home cook can throw at it. Edge geometry is very tight, flat-to-convex to aid in food release. One of my best selling blades and a personal favorite as well, this Gyuto will prove to be a very useful tool in any kitchen.
