160mm Petty made from 440C stainless featuring a handle of Richlite, a sustainable paper composite, built around an olive Micarta composite frame. Geometry is ground flat to convex. A very handy little blade to have in any kitchen. Handle is suitable for most hand sizes, with the exception of very large hands.
