190mm Gyuto in Shichi Mai (7 layers) featuring a stainless clad CruForge V carbon core steel with carbon and nickel shim stock in between. Handle is hewn from a solid block of Osage Orange with a stainless steel spacer. Geometry is ground to zero flat to convex and is very aggressive. Balance is just slightly blade biased but very even and manageable, with a comfortable tapered Wa style handle featuring a palm swell intended to be used with a pinch grip. Suitable for all hand sizes. Ships with a saya made from Cherry wood.
