190mm Gyuto forged from shop-made Go Mai (5 layers) featuring mild steel cladding and nickel shims welded to a core of Aogami Super carbon steel. Handle is my tapered Wa style design in Flame Maple with a Buffalo Horn bolster and copper spacer, suitable for all hand sizes with a pinch grip. Geometry is flat ground and very aggressive. Ships with a saya made from Sassafras wood.
