190mm Gyuto forged from house made San Mai laminate consisting of a 304 stainless clad 52100 carbon steel core. Edge geometry is thin with a flat to convex grind and a gentle distal taper. Classy and understated with a forged full tang and fine hand pulled blade finish. Handle is vintage Maroon Micarta with fiberglass liners and inlay. Not intended for working around bone. Suitable for all hand sizes. Ships with saya made from local PA Cherry (not pictured).
