200mm Nakiri forged from house made Ju San Mai (13 layers) featuring a stainless cladding with carbon and stainless shim stock sandwiched against a core made from 44 layer carbon damascus. Handle is Redwood Burl secured to a full tang with internal pins. Geometry is ground flat to convex and is very thin with a distal taper toward the tip.
