200mm full tang Gyuto ground from CPM154 stainless steel with a full tang construction. Handle is made from a vibrant red paper composite with an ivory composite liner, secured with stainless bolts. Geometry is ground flat to convex with a machine finish and is very thin at the edge. Built to be a robust and capable all-rounder in any kitchen. Handle is sized for all hands.
