210mm Chinese Cleaver forged from 80CRV2 carbon steel with a 90mm heel height and full tang construction. Handle is Black & White Ebony secured with two hidden internal pins and eight exposed stainless pins. Geometry is compound “S” ground for food release and is very thin at the edge, not suitable for bones or other hard materials. Suitable for all hand sizes. Ships with a saya made from Curly Maple.
