210mm Gyuto forged from “Cu-Mai” steel made by Oblivion Blades in Australia. Mild steel and copper welded to a carbon steel core in a full tang construction and ground to zero with very aggressive full flat geometry. Handle is Cherry and secured with stainless bolts, suitable for all hand sizes.
