215mm Bunka forged from 52100 carbon steel. Heel height to spine is 75mm with a 36" radius hollow grind, razor thin geometry behind the edge. This knife is excellent when working with vegtables and can easily serve in place of a chefs knife for boneless meats and most other tasks. Handle is local PA Elm with Ebony and a bronze spacer, shaped with a faceted palm swell for a natural feel in a pinch grip. Not intended for working around bone. Suitable for all hand sizes. Ships with saya made from Sassafras.
