Featuring a fully stabilized piece of California Olivewood for the handle and a layered Richlite bolster. Thin flat-to-convex edge geometry with subtle convexity towards texture on the flats. Very light and agile for its size, this double-bevel Westewrn version of its Japanese counterpart is very well suited to slicing. Not designed for deboning work.
