9" Gyuto in 52100 carbon steel with stabilized Rosewood burl handle scales internally pinned to a composite frame. Machine finish with laser thin flat edge geometry with blended convexity and a 50/50 pinch balance point. Blade is etched to provide a base patina and to expose textured decarb steel on flats. New handle design with both geometric and compound facets blended together for a handle that fits curiously well in the hand, intended for right handed users only.
